PROCESSING TIME:
ATTENTION OUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME IS TEMPORARILY 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS
OUR PROCESSING TIME IS NOT SHIPPING TIME. SHIPPING IS SEPARATE FROM OUR PROCESSING TIME.
IE;
If you pay extra for shipping, that is for SHIPPING. When your order is made and ready - it will be shipped the way you chose at checkout.
This excludes holidays, weekends, pre-orders or otherwise stated.
PRE ORDERS:
Pre orders are usually 8-12 weeks. Unfortunately, there is the possibility of unseen delays with production or shipping.
Anything ordered with a PRE ORDER item, will NOT be shipped until the pre order item is ready to be shipped.
(Please note: some pre-orders such as purses and bags can take up 3-6 months. Make sure to check item description)
Refunds:
Bad Behavior Inc. does not offer cancellations or refunds.
Returns:
Exchanges are accepted within the first 5 (five) days of receiving product. Product must be unwashed and unworn, in the same condition it was received. Item must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your return label. Anything outside of these times will not be accepted.
Something is missing from my order, what do I do?
We are human! This can happen unfortunately. If something is missing from your order, or incorrect, just email us! We will be more than happy to help. Emails need to be sent within 3 days of delivery in order to be accepted. Our email is badbehaviorinc1@gmail.com
I haven't received anything since my confirmation email?
During processing, you will not receive any emails or updates regarding your specific order until your shipping information is updated.
I received my tracking number but there is no tracking information?
Once you receive your tracking number, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking location to update.
What is Route?
Route is an optional, but very necessary shipping insurance. It is automatically included on every order on the website unless removed by the customer. This is to help protect you and your order should anything happen to the package during transit, or once delivered. IE; damaged in transit, stolen after delivery.
If this is removed from your order and something happens once it is delivered, we may be unable to help you. I know it seems unnecessary, but I promise it is not!
"I downloaded their app, but my tracking won't show?" You don't HAVE to download their app, it is also optional. But it will not show you any tracking until you have received an email from us stating that your order has been shipped. Your Route ID is not your order number, that is only for Route.
